Food Part grew out of my desire to share the expertise I have acquired combining cooking and nutrition/exercise.

As an athlete for two decades, giving my body the fuel it needs to perform well is easy to do, but satisfying my tastebuds which have grown to enjoy gourmet food can be a challenge.

Cooking for myself, friends, and clients I have successfully made dishes all along the spectrum—from naturally rich and pure to surprisingly light—and all of them are refined enough to please the pickiest palate.

Allow me to cook for you, too, and fill your body with both what it needs and what it craves.
